How to file a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] including:

  1. The work you claim is being infringed.
  2. The exact URL on this site you want removed.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised agent.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same address and equivalent information.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers in line with applicable law.
